Start the RolePlay 1st of June

In the RolePlay, it is the first of June. Here are the current members of Ferret Pack... We may start the rp.
This is where the first day of the Role Play will be done.

Dominant Female: Starlight

Dominant Male: JD

Betas: Cody, Sparkle

Fighters: Megan, Skittles

Medicine Ferrets: Zanna, Peace

Teens: Fraiz

Kits: Burt, Skittles

Megan rose out of her burrow yawning, she felt very tired.

Sparkle darted out of his burrow, shaking off his sleepyness. "We have to start training. The Mafia could attack any day." He said grabbing a mouse and gulping it down.

Megan groaned and shook off her sleep. She padded over to the small creek that passed near their camp. She needed to refresh herself first and bagan lapping up some water.

JD came out of the Leader's burrow, the largest burrow in the camp. They needed it large, for soon, VERY soon, it would be he home of a litter of kits.

Starlight stayed in the burrow, sleeping in.

Skittles yawned. She looked at Sparkle and nodded. "I'm ready for training." she squeaked.

JD nodded, "But first, you must keep your strength up." He turned and darted off into the tall grass to hunt.

Sparkle finished the mouse and licked his lips clean. He glanced at Skittles. "Morning. We'll start in a moment. Eat something."
(i have a question. is dominant female more powerful then dominant male? and do they have to be mates?)

Skittles nodded. "I was about to." she squeaked and padded off to the prey-pile. She grabed a vole for herself and started to eat.

(Well, in most animal group that is how it goes, the dominants are mates, but when it comes to females leading, that mostly takes place with African animals like elephants, lions, and mongooses, but it mostly depends on their personality. Btw I gotta go, be back tomorrow.)

JD spotted a mouse and creeped toward it, he eyed it like a tiger eyes a deer before it springs.

Sparkle ran to the stream and gulped a few mouthfuls. He ran back to camp. "You ready Skittles?"
(btw, im just gonna make up what he teaches her ok?)

(Okay)

Skittles nodded. "Ready!" she got up and padded up to him. She licked her lips clean and smiled. "Ready." she squeaked.

"Let's go." Sparkle padded quietly farther away from the camp. "Battle training or hunting?" he asked Skittles.

Skittles frowned. "Does it look like I'm ready for some hunting? I want to battle train!" she mumbled.

"Ok, ok." Sparkle faced the younger ferret, crouching. He leaped under her, shoved up with his hind legs, knocking Skittles on her back. He placed his front paws on her stomach, pinning her there. Sparkle put his mouth to her throat, but not biting. "And that's how you win." he said.

Skittles looked at Sparkle. She kicked him with her hind-legs and stood up. She was ready for it now. She rose her haunches in case she had to spring.

Sparkle jumped at Skittles again, landing on her back. He was a lot bigger than her, she would fall.

Skittles fell from his weight. She struggled to get out from under him. She unsheathed her claws and scrambled out from under him. Her claws sheathed. She leaped at Sparkle landing on him. She hopped off and darted around him. She triped him. "I don't know if that would do any good on fighting." she growled at herself.

(ferrets cant sheath and unsheath their claws. they are allways out. i learned this from my ferrets climbing all over me.)
"You have to claw. And bite. Not now of course, but in battle. You'll be a great fighter. The Mafia trained you a little, even if you were way too young to start training." Sparkle said. "And your mother, father, and aunt are all great fighters."

(i know some people on cs that might wanna join. i'll pm them the link on cs.)

Skittles frowned. "I knew I'd be terrible in training. I wish I never learnt anything from them." she growled. "But I can bite and scratch pretty deep, I may be young but I can still fight." she sighed at her small size.

"Don't worry, soon you'll be big and strong. Just a few weeks ago, you were a kit." Sparkle pointed out.

"Did you have to bring that up?" she giggled. "I'm growing everyday but it doesn't seem like it." she sighed. "Brook was mean, I don't understand how I'm not mean at all like her." she sighed looking at the ground. She hated that she was the daughter of a terrible blood-thirsty mother.

JD came over with a mouse in his mouth and stood to watch for a minute, but he had to get the food to Starlight and ran over to the main burrow. He went in and dropped the dead mouse by Starlight who was still too deep in her sleep to even know that he had come in. He nuzzled her gently then went back out of the burrow.

Megan watched the training from a distance

(FoodIsYummy is right about the claw thing, however, ferrets can extend their claws out, look at it this way, they are like cats partly, they can only cover a SMALL part of their claws, then when in a fight or climbing, they can extend their claws to their full length.)

"Hey even though she's your mother, that doesn't mean you'll have the same personality. My sister, born in the same litter, was nothing like me. She was shy and timid." Sparkle told Skittles.

Megan chirped, "Yeah, besides, she was friends with Al and he is your enemy, surely that shows at LEAST some differance in you."

"Yes. Anyway. Let's go back to training, Megan? You wanna help?" Sparkle asked.

Megan blinked, "Um... sure... why not?" She stepped forward and stood next to Sparkle, "what do you want me to do?"

"I don't know. This is the first time I've trained a ferret, Skittles I mean, maybe you could just, help?" Sparkle asked.

Megan shrugged, "well I don't know hoe to help, and I do NOT want to be used as a practice punching bag."

"You won't be." Sparkle said laughing.
