"Hmmm, close enough, now pick it up and carry it!" He snarled.

Ginger picked up her kills and followed Boyo back.

Nippsy picked up hermouse kill and followed.

Dicky picked up his kills and follwed Boyo, hoping that they would let him go back and hunt for himself and his family.

Boyo led them into the camp and ordered them to drop all of their kills.

Ginger was forced to obey.

Nippsy dropped her mouse and Boon came over and snatched it away.

The others began eating from the kills, there wasn't enough so Joey didn't get any.

Dicky looked up. "Would I maybe be allowed to go hunt for myself and Giner and Nippsy?" He asked polietly.

When they were finished, Al tossed the bones to Ginger, Nippsy and Dicky.

"You can eat whatever meat is left on those," Al snickered.

Ginger scraped for food on some bones.

Dicky scraped at the bones. He got a few scraps off, but he gave half of them to Ginger and the other half to Nippsy. "You need strengh for the kits and you are too little not to eat." He told them.

Ginger nodded a thank you and ate. After she was finished she went below ground.

A few moments later, a scream of terror came from the burrow.

"Mama?" Nippsy shot up and bolted into the burrow.

Al smirked and continued eating what little was left of the small rat.

Dicky raced after Nippsy. "Ginger! Ginger what's wrong?" He asked.

Nippsy gasped as she saw Ginger standing over Rose, who was laying on the ground dead. Jericho and Black Foot were no where to be seen.

Dicky snarled and raced out above ground. "Where are my sister's kits?!" He snarled.

Al smirked, "Somewhere... they ain't eve comn' back!"

Ginger nuzzled Rose gently, but there was no waking her up.

Keelin quietly entered the burrow and watched. She sighed softly and put down the extra mouse she had caught for Nippsy.

She deferentially approached Al, "I have patrol today. If it's ok with you, I want to take Nippsy and start training her. She's young. But, if anything happens... well, it's Nippsy." (said indifferently)

( i think i'll have Ruby come back cuz she's boring in the SS )

"Did you kill them?!" Dicky growled.

Al growled, "Of course not! I had Charlotte do it for me!"

Charlotte smirked and licked the blood off of her paws.

Al turned to Keelin and snorted, "Training!?! We don't train slaves! I doubt you are even good enough to do training for Boon."

Boon smirked, "Yeah! I bet I'm already a better fighter than ya!"

Charlotte smiled wickedly at her son, it wouldn't be long before he had blood smeared on his claws.

Dicky roared in anger and ran at Charlotte. He was not an experienced fighter, part of him knew he was sure to lose. But killing Ginger's kits, that was going to far. He bit down hard on her muzzle.

Charlotte slammed her paw against his head, knowcking him off of her.

Suddenly Boyo, Nick-Nack, Tank, and Joey all came in and began biting and tearing into Dicky like parahnas.

Dicky tried his hardest to fight back. His anger fueled him mostly, if he didn't have it he'd probably give up. Instead he bit at Boyo and Joey, tore his claws along Tank, and kicked at Nick-Nack.

Nick-Nack bit down hard on Dicky's hind leg and pulled hard.

Joey sank his teeth into Dicky's shoulder.

Al suddenly came in and wrapped his jaws tightly around Dicky's throat.

Dicky suddenly went limp. Not dead, but playing dead.

The males were expirianced, they knew it wasn't nearly over yet. They pulled harder.

Charlotte joined in, if he really was dead, she wanted to help ripwhat was left of him apart.

Dicky didn't know what to do. There was no way to fight back, even though he wanted to. They had such a strong grip on him, even as he struggled and tried to kick, bite, and sctratch it didn't help.

The more he faught back, the more members joined in.

Even Boon jumped in and snarled as he pulled on Dicky's tail.

( im not sure what to do. really, the only option is to let him die. )

(One of the lead ferrets stops the attack? They need him as a hunter/slave?)

( i doubt that they would spare him, he tried to attack Charlotte.... )

(ah. We're trying to figure out where Keelin fits- she doesn't seem Mafia. But, I had the idea she was kinda out of place there... but for some reason wasn't a slave. Maybe family connections? She's tolerated for some reason? Or she may be "moved" the Shadows and run as a character over there)

(what would distract them? a larger predator attracked by the noise?- of course Dicky's probably too injured to move quickly)

(I planned on Al forcing Dicky to beg for mercy, that's just Al.)

(ok, i'll have him do that.)

Dicky stopped thrashing. He was just going to let these ferret's kill him. There was no other way out of this. But, if they kill me, then they might kill Nippsy! It seems like they only want the ones of us that can work, and she's still pretty young. This thought changed Dicky's mind. He knew he couldn't fight but..."Please! You can kill me, but spare my family! Let them live!"

"That was the plan, unless they also step out of line, then they will be spared, yo attacked one of our leaders so you will be killed!" Tank snarled.

Knowing his family would be alright, he decided to try and save himself. "Thank you! But please, I will follow orders exactly if you please let me live!" He pleaded.
