Roleplay - 23rd of June

(One Week Later)

ooc: I decided to put up a new day, hopefully, activity will start to pick up again.

bic: Starlight stepped put of the burrow. She sighed, it had been a week since they had lost several members. She was hoping that the losses wouldn't prove too costly to the group.

(It seems like everyone abandoned this site except you and me, I just hope they start coming back here, I'm not sure where ferretrunner went)

Skittles quickly came out after Starlight and headed towards the tall grass. She was getting taller, and bigger, it wouldn't be to long before she was an adult. She raced toward them and layed in the grass. She looked up, Fergie had vistied them, and she had gone before she had the chance to speak with Starlight. She sighed, wishing she knew that amazing ferret more.

Casanova also stepped out of the burrow, he was close to being fully recovered.

Skittles looked up, she heard something. She seen a butterfly fluttering past. She jumped at it and tried to catch it, the butterfly only flew further away, Skittles following it.

Starlight called to Skittles, "Don't go too far!"

"I won't!" Skittles called back, her eyes staying at the butterfly. It landed finally, and she pounced, the butterfly was trapped under her paws. She opened them and the butterfly flew away, getting higher and higher each minute. She sighed, sitting down. She was extreamly bored, and Cracker Jack wasn't here to play with. She missed that annoying ball of fur very much.

Starlight watched Skittles, she had thought Skittles didn't like Cracker Jack, the way he teased her and often played practical jokes on her.

(Phew, I'm here. Sorry, my computer time keeps decreasing due to sports and homework. D:)

Sparkle limped out of the burrow. He flexed out his injured leg. It was healing very well. He saw Casanova, wondering if that ferret would ever return to his own pack.

Seeing Sparkle come out of the burrow, Starlight smiled and squeaked, "How are you feeling?"

"Good, thank you," Sparkle muttered, not meeting her eyes. No matter how much Fergie or Skittles or anyone talked to him, he still felt like half of him was missing without Starlight loving him like he did her. But at least he got to see her everyday, and be her friend.

Casanova looked over, he knew exactly how Sparkle felt. At least he could have Starlight as a friend, Arrow hated hm.

Sparkle glanced back over at Casanova. He wanted to know whether he would be staying with them forever, or planned to go back. But he didn't want to ask.

Skittles turned and headed back towards the burrow. She stopped and spotted Sparkle. "Um, Hi, Sparkle." she said.

"Morning, Skittles," Sparkle yawned. "Sleep well?"

"Not really, I've been sleeping rough lately, my back is starting to hurt." Skittles said, stretching out her back.

"Try rolling around in some mint, it really helps," Starlight suggested to Skittles.

"Mint?" Skittles looked at Starlight. She thought about it then nodded. "Alright, thanks Starlight." she said. She turned around, lifting her nose and sniffing for any mint.

Starlight smiled, she had noticed that a strong aroma of mint often seems to make you forget about your pain and is very relaxing.

Skittles snuck away into the forest, she noticed the mint seemed to be near by. Roll around in some mint? That would make my back feel better? she thought, sniffing around for the mint some more. Soon enough she found a patch, and laid in it. This had better work! she thought, starting to roll around.

Sparkle shuffled his paws. "I should go hunt," he mumbled and started walking off.

Starlight nodded and went below ground.

Skittles came back, her back had felt much better and she looked a little wet. "Don't say it, I know I look wet but I fell in. I went over for a drink I slipped from the mud and fell in. Your not going to scold me for that are you?" she grumbled, turned and headed off towards the tall grass. Instead she stopped and laid down and started rolled down the hill laughing as she did so.

ooc: Is she talking to Starlight or Sparkle?

(Both of them)

ooc: Oh.

bic: Starlight sighed at Skittles, sometimes she wondered how the clan stayed in one piece, the way everyone seemed to argue.

Skittles made her way back up the hill, she was dizzy and laughing. She fell to the ground. She shook her head and focused on Starlight. "Hehe, sorry." she squeaked getting to her feet.

Starlight smiled at Skittles, then her smile faded, her mind drifted toward Cracker Jack. She could just picture him teasing Skittles for falling in the water. It was a shame that a kit with such a life to live had to be snatched in the cruel jaws of fate. Starlight remembered her conversation with Skittles that one day, males would be vying for her affections, Cracker Jack might have turned out to be one of those future males, if he had lived long enough...

"Is something wrong Starlight?" Skittles asked, shaking the dizziness away. "You look like your deep in thought."

Starlight sighed, "I was just think about all that's happened since we became a clan, it seems like only yesterday that me Fergie, Sparkle, and your father were all looking for Brook." She looked down, "You know, Brook had actually once tried to help save my life..."

"Really," Skittles shrugged and frowned at the mention of her mother. "What did she save you from?" she asked, her blackish eyes became questioningly.
