Roleplay - 16th of June

"Are you okay?" Amanda stopped and looked over her shoulder. She turned around facing Prince. "You seemed... troubled." she squeaked.

Prince nodded. "I'm fine. Just concerned about what Arrow said. Is it bad for me to be your mate if another ferret wants me?" He asked, hoping Amanda wouldn't be upset by this question.

Amanda blinked. "I don't know how to respond," she squeaked. "But you don't even know who this ferret is." she said, not angry nor sad.

Prince nodded. "You're right. I shouldn't worry. I love you, you love me. It's perfect." He said.

Amanda nodded. She continued to walk, glad she comforted Prince.

Prince stopped when they were nearly at the camp. "Are you sure you don't want to tell everyone yet?" He asked Amanda. "Since Arrow and this," He cleared his throat awkwardly. "Mystery jill already know."

"I guess we could announce it." Amanda agreed.

Prince nodded and padded forward into the camp. He cleared his throat and looked around. Lavender, Arrow, and Fuzzball were gone. He wanted everyone here when he announced that he and Amanda were mates. He shot a questioning glance at Amanda, asking her if they should wait until the three ferrets out of camp came back.

Amanda looked at him, nodding slightly. She sat down, eager to tell everyone about her and Prince.

Lavender shook herself and got up. She sniffed and headed back toward camp, trying to maintain a dignified stance. As she walked into camp, the matted fur under her eyes made it clear she was stressed. She saw Prince and took a deep breath. Showing no sign of fear, Lavender had gathered her courage and padded up to him, "Prince, I just wanted to say..." she looked over to Amanda then back to Prince,"...that you can have your place as leader back. I never really meant to take it from you, I was extremely angry and I wanted to get on your nerves, I'm sorry if I made you feel unimportant to our clan, I didn't mean it." Without another word she turned and trotted over to a shrub and laid down under it. It took everything she had not to let so much as one tear slip.

"Well, okay," Prince said. Fuzzball had just trotted into camp and flopped down in the sun. He wished Arrow was here, but he didn't want to wait anymore. Plus she already knew. He cleared his throat to get their attention. Fuzzball and Coco's heads turned towards him. "I, we," He looked at Amanda. "Have an announcement. Amanda and I...we're mates now."

Amanda nodded, looking at everyone. She took a glance at Prince, then at everyone else, how would they react? She kept a straight face until someone spoke up.

"Congrats!" Coco squeaked happily. Fuzzball nodded and gave a little smile. Prince beamed.

Lavender looked away, pretending not to care. She couldn't stop one tear from forcing its way out of her eye and down her cheek. She took another deep breath and said in a quiet and shaky voice, she hid her face in shame, "I'm happy for you... now you have everything you ever wanted." She got up and headed below ground.

Amanda smiled at Coco and Fuzzball. She looked at Lavender, she blinked, usually she'd tease him and her, but she seemed... sad, could she possibly be the mysterious ferret who had, or has a crush on Prince? She shook the thought away, of course not! She hates him, or maybe... not.

Prince barely noticed Lavender's odd behavior. He was watching Amanda. He bounded closer to her and licked her ear. "This is great!" He said excietedly.

Amanda jumped, snapping out of her thoughts. "Ugh, y-yes of course!" she said excitedly and awkwardly at the same time.

Prince frowned slightly. "Ugh?"

Amanda pinned her ears back. "You just scared me, I didn't hear you so that's why I said 'ugh'." she squeaked/lied.

Prince nodded. "That makes sense." He said. "Are you hungry?"

Amanda nodded. "Very," she squeaked.

"Should we go catch some food or something?" Prince asked.

"If you want." Amanda squeaked.

"Alright. Let's go," Prince squeaked back. He started padding towards the forest.

Amanda followed, her ears flicked nervously. "Had you seen the way Lavender acted when you announced that me and you were mates?" she asked Prince.

"Not really. I was surprsied she didn't laugh and say I'm too stupid and lazy for you." Prince said, frowning slightly.

Amanda giggled. "Well if she did, she's wrong." she continued onward.

ooc: Sorry I haven't been online, I've been extremely busy.

bic:Arrow padded over to the burrow mouth and sat alone by it. She looked up at the sky, wondering what Casanova would have said about the news, he would probably have laughed out loud and think the whole thing was a joke or that Prince had to force Amanda to say yes.

(It's fine with me. Everyone is, with school and stuff.)

Coco limpd over to Arrow. "Hi." She said, sitting by the other jill.

Prince smiled. That made him feel better. He sniffed the air, searching for prey scent.

Arrow smiled to Coco, but only slightly, "Oh hi."
