RolePlay 4th of June

Coco frowned, but then her face returned to it's usual smile. "Ok. What next?"

Cassanova smiledto then darted around her quickly and easily, he ran in lightning fast circles around her, then he suddenly pouncedon her back, "Dere's anotherrr rrrule, don't let de enemy disorrrient you, you will become an easy tarrrget."

"Ok." Coco said, slipping out from under him. "Cassanova? Can I ask you something?"

"Si" Cassanova looked at her curiously, "Vat is it?"

Lavender was away at the burrow, having been trained to hunt by Arrow, she was deep into an issue of Ferrets USA Magazine, that she had brought with her when she left, the issue was called, Viva La Ferret. She was reading about how when given the choice, ferrets much prefer live prey. She smirked, this was one thing Prince didn't seem to get. (A actually baught that issue from Petco some time ago. I want to subscribe to it.)

Coco took a deep breath. "What happened with you and Arrow? Lavender and Prince were gossiping, but I'm not sure if what they said was true."

Fuzzball pushed his way through the tall grasses. He spotted Lavender and trotted over to her. "Are you reading? You know how to read human writing?" he asked in amazment.

Lavender cleared her throat, "Well, I was around when they were teaching a human kit to read, and I kinda caught on, now I'm rather fluent with reading."

Cassanova's ears dropped, "I- I don't like to talk about it."

"Oh. Ok. I'm sorry I brought it up." Coco said, licking Cassanova's ear. She didn't try to get him to talk, but she was still curious. Maybe ask Arrow? she thought.

"That's...cool." Fuzzball said. "What does it say?" he looked at the page, but all he saw was wierd markings.

Lavender repeated the words she read, "10 common ferret ailments, it means 10 commn diseases and such, and what it does, it could be very useful if one of us ever catches something bad."

Cassanova smiled. He turned his head and saw Arrow attacking a mouse, she tore at it and brutally killed it, then snarled to the dead mouse, "I wish you were Cassanova!" Then with one swift bite, she tore off half of it's face, leaving it very bloody. Cassanova shuddered as a cold chill spilled down his long, ferret spine.

Coco's eyes widened. "Wow. You must of messed up big time." she said, not meaning to be mean.

Prince walked up. "That jill has some serious issues." he said.

Lavender was finished with her magazine and came over, "No, she's just heartbroken."

Cassanova barked, "Alrrright! Arrre we just going to starrre and gawk at a ferrret mauling a mouse!?! We'rrre supposed to be trraining!" He had ignored Coco's earlier comment.

Arrow looked and saw them watching her some distance away, she growled slightly then slinked off into the trees.

"Hm. Yes. I suppose you are correct. Let us train." Prince said.

Cassanova turned and walked away.

Lavender followed.

Coco stumbled after Cassanova.

Prince trotted after them, his nose in the air.

Fuzzball wandered over to Arrow. "I hear you hunt well."

Arrow looked up and shrugged, "Yeah, I guess."

"I hunt a little." Fuzzball said. He fell silent, spotting a mouse. He stalked it, pounced. It almost wriggled out of his grip, but he bit it's neck.

Arrow smiled, "Yeah! Thata's how you do it!" She smiled, she then felt a cold breeze blow by. She looked to the sky and the clouds were dark and grey. A deep rumble roared over the grasslands. "We'd better find cover, it looks like it's going to rain," She turned and headed back toward the burrow.

(i think im gonna make another two charries in this pack. it would be cool if they were like twins, duke and duchess, and they were like, prince's fan club. maybe i could get fergie 2 play 1)

"Ok." said Fuzzball, picking up the mouse and heading back to camp.

"Ew." said Prince. "I am not soaking my fur in the rain." He sunk his nose in the air and trotted back to camp.

Lavender rolled her eyes, "It's just water, it actually is cleaner than your bathwater you know!"

Arrow returned to camp, "Yup, it sure is. it camefrom the sky where any contaminets would have fallen to Earth the moment the water evaprated from the ocean and left behind the salt and everything that made it sea water, it is just pure water."

Cassanova darted around splashing in a few puddles, "and it's a lot of fun," he was dancing around pretending to doge the rain drops.

Lavender smiled and ran over, joining in the fun. She pounced onto Cassanova playfully and bit his ear in play.

He rolled fast jumping up and down and nipped at her face.

Lavender called to Arrow, "Why don't you join us!?!"

Arrow just silently turned and walked away.

Lavender shrugged and continued playing.

Cassanova barked to Coco, "Coco! Come join us, you'rrre missing out on the fu- WHOA!!!"

Lavender pushed him hard and hie landed in a deep puddle. He braught his head up caughing and laughing.

Prince looked disgusted. "Absoulutly horrid." he declared. "I use bath soaps, and only the finest shampoos. Besides, this is cold. My water is always hot. Just as hot as I like it. Not a drop warmer, not a drop colder." he stood under a tree so he would not get wet. "And the mud!" he shuddered.

Coco jumped on Cassanova. "This is great!" she cried, slipping into the wet mud.

Arrow scoffed at Prince then mumbled, "killjoy." she looked at the others, it did look like a lot of fun, but Cassanova was over there, as long as he was, she would just have to miss out oin the fun.

Cassanova laughed.

Lavender playfully knocked over Coco.

Coco giggled and shoved Lavender playfully.

Prince sniffed in disgust.

Lavender decided now was time to turn Prince's way of no rain and laughed at him, "Are you afraid!?!" She burst out laughing, "It's fun, who cares if you get your coat a little dirty! You won't ever be getting a bath again and we live in a place where you are bound to get dirty sometime! So quit complaining and jump in!"

Cassanova decided to do it his own way. He cimbed up onto a tall rock and jumped into the puddle. It created a huge splash... getting all over Prince!

Arrow was far away from the others, sitting the rain, she looked through whan little open sky there was, and saw the sun setting. She looked and in the far far distance, could see the silluettes of a herd of bison in the face of the sun. There was a pronghorn too. She smiled and the deer-like antalope. It grazed alone but seemed fine. Then suddenly a large male pronghorn appeared. She watched as the Pronghorns bounded together and played in the fading light of the day. As Arrow watched, she could feel something slipping down her cheek... a tear.

"Eewww!!!" shreiked Prince. "You shall pay, Cassanova!" he jumped into the mud, but he was not playing. He skidded to a halt next to Cassanova, splattering Cassanova with mud. "Ha!"

Cassanova smiled wickedly, "So the games begin..." He jumped forward and pinned Prince into the mud and smirked, "Ha!"

Suddenly Lavender realized she couldn't see Arrow, "Hey guys, have you seen Arrow."

Cassanova shrugged and got off of Prince, "How should we know? She es alllways rrrunnig off."

Lavender sniffed the air, "Yes, but... her scent, she's been away for some time, maybe you should go looking for her.

Cassanova looked like a kid that was just told he was grounded for no reason at all, "Wha-Why me!?!"

Lavender looked at him with and 'oh come oooon' look.

Cassanova growled slightly and muttered, "Fine." He brushed past her and padded off to find Arrow.

He followed her scent and came up to the edge of a trench, at the bottom was a raging river. He shuddered slightly, the rain had turned the river into a death trap. He took a step back as some little rocks broke off and fell below. "Cassanova?" said an angry voice from behind, "what are you doing here?" He turned and saw Arrow behind him. She actually had some hint of... hope, in her voice.

"Oh, I just... Lavender wanted me to come and find you, she was worried, uh," he looked away then back, "Well, clearly you're fine and I'll just be going back now."

Arrow looked to the ground, "Oh, of course."

He was about to slip around herwhen he realized he was still on the edge of the trench... suddenly lightning struck and hit the rcoks below his feet. He screamed as he fell, he clung ontop a branch with his teeth. It broke off the side of the cliff... then was caught by Arrow.

Arrow held on with all of her strength, but the weight of a male was dragging her down.

Cassanova realized that if she kept holding on, he would just drag her to her death below. ",'isten to me!" He growled through his clenched teeth around the branch, "you have to le' go!"

Arrow growled back, "No! I can't"

Cassanova growled, "If you don't, you' just be pulled down wit be!"

"I' take my chances!"

"I taught you wa'ed be dead!"

"WE'W I DON'!" She screamed through clenched teeth. Her voice grew shaky and scared, "I-I... I rove you D'iego."

Cassanova felt his heart pounding, she called him by his real name, something she hadn't done since they were together. Bt more than anything... she said she loved him. He felt his heart breaking as he looked at her pained face.

He looked sadly at her. He could see tears pouring down her eyes.
"I'm sorry..." He let go of the branch...

(I had a plan... that involves him falling, besides, the others are too far away to hear anything and with the storm...)

Arrow watched in horror as he fell to the river below. She screamed, "DIEGO!!!" (Loud enough for the others to hear. she quickly ran alongside the gorge, and came to the end... a great...big...waterfall. She screamed, "NO!!!" She stumbled down the rocks and searched along the shore calling out to him, "DIEGO! DIEGO!!! DIEGO PLEASE... PLEASE ANSWER ME!!!" but there was no response. she suddenly gasped as she saw something on a rock, she ran over, it was Cassanova's blue bandanna that he always had around his neck. She burst out crying, he was gone...

Coco and Fuzzball ran up, they had heard Arrow. Prince was coming, but he's not a very fast runner. "Cassanova?" Coco whimpered.

Fuzzball waded out into the calmer part of the river. "CASSANOVA!!" he called.

Arrow held Cassanova's bandanna close to her face. She cried.

Lavender looked around calling out, "Cassanova! Cassanova!!!" But still, there was no answer, the only evidence he ever existed from as much as they could see, was his bandanna.
