Roleplay 8th of June

Tank groomed himself.

Al chewed on a squirrel bone.

Ruby tried to hunt, but her thoughts kept drifting to Nick-Nack. She finally caught a thin vole. She ate it quickly, she hadn't eaten for a while.

A weasel was wandering close to Ruby, they may be relatives of ferrets, but were still dangerous to a kit. She slinked closer to the scent of a ferret kit.

Ruby was drinking from a small puddle. She smelt something wierd, something she didn't recognize.

The weasel slunk closer to the kit and licked her lips.

Ruby whipped around and gasped when she saw the weasel. She changed it to a snarl and leapt at it. She sunk her teeth into the weasel's muzzle.

The weasel screeched and sank it's claws into her head and whipped it's head around trying to dislodge her.

Ruby pulled her teeth out of it's muzzle and bit it's throat. She felt horrible, trying to kill it, but it's what the Mafia had told her would make her win.

The weasel gagged and shokk like crazy but began to ware itself out. It fell to the ground limp, but she wasn't dead yet.

Ruby tore at the weasel's throat like Al had shown her how to do, to make sure it was dead. But she wasn't a murderer like Al, and her bloddy paws moved away.

The weasel looked up at Skittles with misty eyes, she then closed her eyes and died. As she did, her paw became noticable, it was twisted the wrong way and injured, she wasn't fast enough to catch her own prey so she had been driven to desperation and hunted riskier prey... to a great cost.

(you mean Ruby?)
Ruby blinked back tears. Why did I have to kill it? she thought. She walked away. She decided not to tell Al or anyone else about this fight.

ooc:As the more risky prey? Yes.

Al Boyo had been watching from the bushes and snickered, he whispered to himself, "Ooooooh, Al's gonna looooooove dis! hehehehehehehhehe!" He turned and slipped away into the forest back towards the burrow.

Ruby trudged to a stream and carefully washed the blood off.

(I gotta go)

At the burrow, Boyo came out of the bushes laughing.

"What's wrong with you?" Charlotte growled slightly.

"I-I-I-I-I HAH I-I SAW HAHAHA."

"Well spit it out!" Al snarled.

"I saw-w de new kit kill a weasel! Savagely!" Boyo burst out laughing.

Charlotte looked skeptical, "Are you sure you're talking about Redie?"(Pack's nickname for ruby.)

Boyo continued laughing.

Charlotte snmirked then looked to Al, "Looks like the kits isn't entirely pathedic."

Al smirked back at Charlotte.

Ruby stared at her reflection in the stream. Her fur was streaked with blood still. The stream was shallow enough for her to stand in, and not moving too fast. She bit onto a branch growing in the ground so she wouldn't be swept away anyway, and stepped into the stream. Since the blood was wet, most washed off easily. She got out and shook her self mostly dry. Then she started back to camp.

"YEAH!" Boyo continued, "but that 'aint all! A aWhen she was finished!... SHE CRIED!!! HAHAHAHA!!!"

Al stopped laughing, he was no longer amused.

Ruby walked into camp just as Al stopped laughing. The blood was washed off her fur, and you couldn't tell she had cried, both about Nick-Nack and the weasel. She blinked. "What's going on?" she asked quietly.

Al turned to her, "We heard about your little encounta wit a weasel, and how you's felt abouts it afta."

Ruby stiffened. It was obvious she had fought, you could see the scratches. "I-I'm sorry. It was my first kill. I will be strong next time."

Al glared, "You'd betta be."

Ruby nodded hard. "Yessir."

Al grumbled and layed his head down.

Charlotte smirked at Ruby then went below ground.

Ruby unhappily followed Charlotte. She curled up in the corner of the burrow.
